Our atmospheric spa pools invite you to unwind both body and mind. Discover several ways to relax in the water — which one will become your favourite?

  • Roman pool with massage bubbles beneath a turquoise star-lit dome (water 35 °C)
  • Exercise pool with massaging water jets and self-guided Hydrohex virtual water workouts (water 30 °C)
  • Warm whirlpool (water 35 °C)
  • Therapy pool with self-guided Hydrohex virtual water workouts (water 27 °C)

Pool depth is 153 cm. The outdoor pool is closed if the temperature falls below –15 °C. A lifeguard is present during opening hours.

Pool Bar

The spa invites you to spend the entire day unwinding. Alongside refreshing waters and warm saunas, our Pool Bar offers drinks and light bites. Enjoy them by the pools or, in summer, in the spa’s outdoor garden while relaxing on a sun lounger.

Swimwear, towels and bathrobes

Well-being and relaxation are at the heart of the spa experience. By following our spa etiquette, you help ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit for all guests. We kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our spa etiquette before your visit.


  • Please shower thoroughly before entering the pools or saunas.

  • In the pool area, please wear swimwear intended for swimming only, not regular outdoor shorts, for example. Our shop also offers a wide selection of swimwear.

  • Swimwear must be worn in the unisex saunas. In the women’s and men’s saunas, swimwear is optional.

  • Hair colouring, shaving body hair, or using products that may release colour is not permitted in the shower areas.

  • Towels and bathrobes are available for rent in the pool area if needed. Hotel guests may use the towels, bathrobes and slippers provided in their rooms when visiting the pool area.

  • Young people aged 14 and over are welcome to visit the spa independently. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Children under 7 may use the same changing room as their guardian regardless of gender. Children aged 7 and above must use the changing rooms designated for them.

  • On Fridays and Saturdays, the last two opening hours of the pool area (20:00–22:00) are reserved for adults only.

  • The pool and sauna area is a licensed serving area where you may move freely with beverages.

  • Diving into the pools is prohibited.

  • Please allow everyone the peace to relax and enjoy their spa experience.

  • If you take photos on our premises, please respect the privacy of others. Photography is strictly prohibited in the changing rooms and shower areas.

  • Naantali Spa follows safer space principles. Every guest and employee has the right to feel safe without fear of discrimination, harassment or any form of sexual, physical or verbal abuse. Please help us create a safer space for everyone. See the safer space principles below.

At Naantali Spa, we adhere to the principles of creating a safer space. Every visitor and employee at the spa have the right to feel safe without fear of any form of discrimination, harassment, sexual, physical, or verbal abuse.

If you encounter uncomfortable or otherwise inappropriate or disturbing behavior at Naantali Spa, please report it immediately to our staff. You can also contact the right person via email at sales@sunborn.fi after the incident.

The principles and practices of a safer space are aimed at creating an environment where everyone contributes to building an equal, respectful, and open atmosphere and dialogue.

We encourage all of our guests and employees to actively foster an environment where the safety and well-being of others are priorities.


  • Respect personal space: You cannot know another person's boundaries without asking. Listen and adjust your behavior if someone expresses that your actions make them uncomfortable.

  • Respect everyone: Do not make assumptions about anyone’s sexuality, gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, values, relationship status, culture, socioeconomic background, ability, or health. Be aware of your own privileges.

  • No body shaming: Do not comment on someone’s body. Also, refrain from commenting on others' food choices or eating habits.

  • No discrimination: Do not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, discrimination based on disability, health, or any other personal characteristic, or any inappropriate actions or behavior.

  • Respect differing opinions: Do not mock, ridicule, make jokes, belittle, push aside, or embarrass anyone through your words, behavior, or actions.

  • Be responsible for your actions and behavior: Be aware that your actions affect others, even with good intentions.

  • Contribute to creating a safer space for everyone: Intervene if you witness discrimination.
