Naantali Spa – Facilities, Services and Practical Arrangements

Meeting room equipment (excluding Ballroom)

Most of our meeting rooms are equipped with a screen or projection screen and data projector, flip chart, notepads and pens, Wi-Fi, and still water. A laptop is also available on request.

In larger rooms, basic speech amplification (for example, a microphone and loudspeaker) can be used free of charge. The rooms are not equipped with more extensive audio or lighting technology, but if needed, we can request a quote for equipment and/or a sound technician from our partner.

Ballroom

Ballroom offers basic speech amplification free of charge, but if used, a sound technician is required. If needed, we can request a quote for a sound technician from our technical partner.

Banquet room equipment (Paviljonki and Kaivohuone)

Our banquet rooms are not equipped with in-house audio or lighting technology, but we can request a quote from our technical partner if needed.

Room layout and table arrangements

Meeting room tables can be arranged according to your wishes. The requested layout must be confirmed at least one week before the meeting. Changes to the table layout made after this will be subject to an additional charge of €7 per person.

Breakout rooms

Additional spaces (breakout or meeting rooms) are available starting from €130 per room per day, depending on size.

Meeting arrangements

Our professional conference staff will take care of all the practical arrangements on site.

They will ensure the room layout and signage are in place as requested and provide guidance on the use of technical equipment if needed.

Refreshments for lunch and meeting room

You may pre-order a selection of mineral waters and/or soft drinks for lunch or for the meeting room. Drinks will be charged according to consumption.

Room amenities

Would you like to pleasantly surprise the participants staying overnight? You can pre-order fruit, light snacks or drinks for participants’ rooms. Alternatively, you can provide us with your own gift, which we will deliver to the rooms in advance. A delivery fee of €6 per room applies. You can explore different room amenity options here.

Activities

We can organise a wide variety of activities and entertainment for your group. Options include fitness-based activities (such as spa asahi or sound bowl relaxation), wellness lectures (topics such as rest and recovery, brain health and physical wellbeing), as well as fun, team-building experiences like a nature escape game, bubbly yoga, mocktail school, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, garden Olympics, or a flower workshop.

Sauna and pool area

The Spa’s sauna and pool facilities include Finnish saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a recreation pool, an exercise pool with massage jets and Hydrohex virtual water exercise, Roman hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, and a pool bar. Use of the sauna and pool area is included in the room rate for groups staying overnight.

For non-resident groups, a separate quote can be requested.

OLOFitness

At the Spa’s OLOFitness gym, you can train with modern equipment in spacious and well-designed facilities. Use of the gym is included in the room rate for groups staying overnight.

Golf

There are two golf courses located near the Spa. Green fees can also be arranged through us.

Parking

There is a paid parking area in front of Naantali Spa. Parking fees are: €2 per hour and €15 per 24 hours. With a parking disc, you may park free of charge for two hours.

Coaches can be parked in the yard free of charge.
