Sunborn to support the rescue of the Archipelago
The Protection Fund for the Archipelago Sea and Sunborn Saga Oy start a unique co-operation
Sunborn Saga Oy will participate in a fundraising scheme for the rescue of the Archipelago. The company has agreed to co-operate with the Protection Fund for the Archipelago Sea and will start collecting donations from the overnight guests of Naantali and Ruissalo Spas from the beginning of May. The target is to collect 100,000 euros within a year, to be used for financing protection measures for the Archipelago. Sunborn Saga Oy also espouses the rescue work with its own financial contribution. By means of both of these, the company is responding to the Baltic Sea Challenge initiated by the cities of Helsinki and Turku.

A New Destination for Holiday Club in Naantali in May
Holiday Club Resorts and Sunborn Oy agree on a significant collaboration
The Holiday Club chain’s 21st one-week timeshare destination will open in Naantali in May 2009. According to the cooperation agreement between Holiday Club Resorts Oy and Sunborn Oy on 15.4.2009, the name of the separate holiday apartments located in the immediate vicinity of the Naantali Spa will be Holiday Club Naantali Residence. Demand for the Holiday Club one-week timeshares is growing despite the economic situation, and under the agreement, the company will hire 25 new employees.

Naantali Spa Hotel named as the 2009 Conference Hotel of the Year
Customers appreciate a good product and flexible service.
"A skilled and customer-oriented personnel that is able to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the customer is one of the most important means of responding to the challenges of a tightening market," explains Riikka Suurkaulio, the Marketing and Sales Manager of Naantali Spa, the 2009 Conference Hotel of the Year. This marks the fifth year that Naantali Spa has been crowned with this honour, which was announced on 15 January 2009 at the Nordic Travel Fair held at Helsinki Fair Centre.
